Who we are
Embassy of the Kingdom is a Christian ministry based in Miami, Florida. This website is embassyofthekingdom.org. You can reach us anytime at hello@embassyofthekingdom.org.
What we collect
Only what you choose to type into our forms:
- Join / prayer forms: your name, email address, city, and the date you signed the prayer.
- Ministry form: the name of your church or ministry, your name, email, city, and an optional website and description.
We also receive standard, anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics (pages visited, country, device type). Since August 2026 we also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It tells us how many people found this site through our Facebook posts and ads, and whether an anonymous visitor reached the prayer page — it does not show us your name, and we never connect it to what you type into our forms.
Why we collect it
To reply to you personally, welcome you, send you the address of our gatherings, connect you with a local church, present your ministry if you submitted one, and keep the record of your prayer signature. Nothing else. If you leave your email, about once a month we also send one short update on what we added and checked. Every email tells you how to opt out, and one word from you removes you from the list the same day.
Where it is stored
Form entries are stored securely by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and are delivered to our email inbox. We do not run a marketing database, we do not sell or rent your information, and we never share it with anyone except when the law requires it.
The live visitor map
The home page shows a live map of the cities people are reading from. When you open any page on this site, your browser asks an outside service — geojs.io, or ipwho.is if the first one is unavailable — to work out the approximate city your internet connection belongs to. That service receives your IP address. We do not receive it and we do not store it.
What we store is only this: the name of the city, the country, the approximate coordinates of that city, and the time. We never store your IP address, your name, or which pages you read. A dot on the map points at a city centre, not at a person — the same level of detail a weather site uses.
That record is kept in a Google Firebase database, and the list of cities is readable by anyone, because the map on our home page reads it directly in your browser. Your visit is counted once per browsing session: we place one short-lived entry (eok_logged) in your browser’s session storage so you are not counted twice, and it disappears when you close the tab.
If you would rather not appear on the map, block scripts from get.geojs.io and firebaseio.com in your browser, or use a private window — the site works normally without them.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics cookies for anonymous statistics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel cookies that help us see which of our Facebook posts and ads bring people here, and one small cookie (ekLang) that remembers the language you chose in our translator. If you prefer not to be counted by Meta, you can adjust your ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences or block cookies in your browser — the site works fine without them.
Your rights
Write to us at hello@embassyofthekingdom.org and we will show you, correct, or permanently delete everything you ever sent us — promptly and without questions.
Children
Our forms are intended for people 13 and older. If a child submitted their details, a parent can email us and we will remove them.
Changes
If we ever change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
