No. Baptism is important and worth pursuing, but it does not have to happen immediately. Talk to a pastor about it once you have found a church — there is no deadline attached to your salvation.
You will, and that is expected — growth is not instant perfection. “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins” (1 John 1:9). A stumble does not undo the decision.
